HOW AM I CHARGED?

 For your convenience all rental and call charges are billed directly to a credit card on a weekly basis. At the time of rental a pre-authority on the credit card will be taken, this does not debit the card but will reserve the funds for our use, for a period of between five to 30 days depending on the type of credit card that is used.

For tour operators and companies, we are able to open a corporate account. Corporate account holders are billed weekly or monthly. Account applications are available on request and are subject to approval .

Regardless of how you decide to pay your account, at each payment cycle Rentafone will e-mail or post you an itemised account, which will contain any rental charges and all calls made from each SIM card. Individual itemised listings will be supplied for every rental. "
